If you are one of those people who just can't stop yourself once you start eating something fabulous be warned! This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip will absolutely knock your socks off! You won't be able to stop yourself.
The recipe itself is very easy to throw together so it is another perfect holiday addition to your stash of quick, easy fixes for a party or get-together. I originally found this recipe a few years ago on Pinterest, but I've adapted it for my own taste buds.
This is a dip. So the question that hangs in the balance is what do you serve a bite of this scrumptious treat with? I love the little round butter cookies with the hole in the middle. The kind that kids love to stack on their fingers. You could also serve it on vanilla wafers or graham crackers or you could do what my kids do and just eat it off of the spoon. Try some Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip this week, you will love it!
1 (8 Ounce) Package of Cream Cheese (Softened)
1/2 Cup Butter (Softened)
1 Cup Confectioners' Sugar
1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cup (6 ounces) Miniature Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions: In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter
until light and fluffy. Add the sugars and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
