Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman Goggin, a civil defense litigation firm announced the relocation of its Harrisburg area office to new office space at 100 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 201, East Pennsboro Twp. Marshall Dennehey first opened a Harrisburg office in 1984. The office currently has 20 attorneys devoted to civil defense litigation matters across the firm's four main departments: casualty, professional liability, health care and workers' compensation.
H.B. McClure Company, a commercial and residential mechanical contractor in Harrisburg, acquired the assets of Henry Mechanical Inc., a Lancaster based commercial refrigeration and HVAC service company. The acquisition was effective October 25, 2013. H.B. McClure Company will operate under the Henry Mechanical name and will continue to work with founder Brian Henry as commercial service client manager.

John Tierney and Matt Tunnell announced the formation of Lift Development LLC. The partnership is a new Central Pennsylvania based real estate development company. Lift Development will initially focus on real estate development opportunities in Middletown, around the Penn State Harrisburg college campus. The firm has purchased 14-acres of land contiguous to the college with plans to build new student housing and commercial enterprises targeted toward college students. Lift Development has established an office in Middletown.
